CU Boulder Fleming Tower Renovation and Systems Upgrade

The project includes major renovations throughout portions of the CU Fleming Building. Renovations include new HVAC systems for the tower, new telecom rooms, and new finishes in the offices on floors 2-5. The central portion of the building was updated with HVAC upgrades in the main mechanical room, a new main telecom room to serve the entire building, and additional upgrades to telecom rooms throughout the remaining portions of the central building.
