AP faced the challenge of constructing an advanced water treatment facility on a fast-track schedule, requiring seamless integration of civil, architectural, structural, electrical, mechanical, and process control systems. Tailored to treat impurities from multiple water sources, the facility features yard piping and wet wells to manage cooling water, wastewater, and stormwater, guiding them to the treatment system.

Using insights from a detailed pilot study, AP implemented technologies like media absorption, media filtration, membrane separation, and chemical addition systems to address the varied waste streams. Additionally, AP managed utility extensions and built new aggregate access roads to ensure smooth facility operations.

By meeting an accelerated timeline without compromising quality, this project highlights AP’s ability to navigate time-sensitive demands while delivering customized solutions that ensure efficient and reliable water treatment for the long term.
