AP completed a comprehensive and innovative water treatment facility project, seamlessly combining upgrades to an existing system with the construction of two advanced facilities. The scope included enhancements to the granular activated carbon (GAC) system, the addition of a pretreatment facility utilizing ultrafiltration (UF) and reverse osmosis (RO) technologies, and the implementation of an ion exchange (IX) system with a regenerative resin process to maximize efficiency.
AP also managed the design and installation of conveyance systems to transport untreated water from groundwater wells, wastewater from chemical production, and collected rainwater for treatment. A reliable distribution network was established to channel treated water to its designated outfall location.
In addition, AP delivered a highly specialized facility featuring cleanroom spaces, laboratory environments, and supporting infrastructure. This phase involved integrating complex process mechanical systems and utility infrastructure, underscoring AP’s expertise in managing intricate, multi-faceted projects with precision and efficiency.
