Northeastern Junior College Blue Spruce Residence Hall Building

The new 3-story, 32,500-sf residence hall at this two-year college accommodates 128 students in double rooms. The building is equipped with a kitchen, laundry facilities and a two-story lounge and study area. Located along the new pedestrian promenade, the new residence also includes a large outdoor courtyard space, complete with barbecue stations, which is shared with the adjacent residence hall. This project has 124 beds and is a stick framed structure with brick and metal panel exterior. This facility increases the availability of on-campus housing and supports the college’s recruiting and retention efforts.
