Poudre School District Wellington Middle-High School

The ambitious project for Poudre School District (PSD) is designed for 1,500 students each with an addition that expands the school’s capacity for 1,800 students in the future. The 250,000 sf school is designed with a learning park in the center, fostering transparency and a strong connection to the surrounding natural world.

Wellington MS/HS also includes a new athletic complex with a lighted multi-use field, stadium seating and concessions planned to host games for all PSD schools. Site amenities include three practice fields, seven tennis courts, an enhanced athletic facility, four parking lots, three baseball/softball fields and a transportation hub. This project allows, for the first time in 55 years, local students to attend high school in Wellington rather than commuting to Fort Collins.
