This project transformed the former Roosevelt High School into Roosevelt Middle School, a modern facility serving grades 6–8. The transformation included demolition of the central core and construction of a new 20,000-square-foot addition featuring a kitchen and cafeteria/commons, administration wing, and CTE classrooms. The addition connects three existing wings. Renovations covered 100,000 square feet, upgrading classrooms, CTE spaces, and mechanical and electrical systems. Improvements also included building envelope enhancements and refreshed hardscape and landscape elements. The result is a revitalized campus that supports contemporary learning while preserving key elements of the original structure.
