Overview

Adolfson & Peterson Construction completed the SMU Clements Hall Scholars’ Den Renovation, transforming a 6,411-square-foot below-grade space within one of the university’s oldest campus buildings. The project revitalized the area into a modern, functional environment designed to support the SMU Honors and Scholars Community.

The renovation included high-end interior finishes such as decorative metal panels, custom millwork, quartz countertops, wood paneling, linear wood ceiling systems, and a glass railing feature. Additional upgrades included new flooring, tile, paint, doors, and integrated appliances, creating a cohesive and contemporary space.
