St. Monica Catholic School Renovation

This project included interior renovation of corridors, restrooms and 36 classrooms. The classrooms received new HVAC (36 new RTU’s) and ductwork, as well as new exterior glazing system. Sitework consisted of upgrading sidewalks to be ADA compliant and creating a secure campus environment with new fencing.

AP assisted St. Monica Catholic School administrators through multiple preconstruction updates and provided guidance for both budget and schedule. By helping the client break-up their campus wish list into different project scopes, the Parish was then able to hold a vote on which projects would be funded through their capital campaign. Once the funds were raised, AP worked diligently with the architect and client to establish and stay within budget..

The project was on a tight summer break schedule and AP met the school’s crucial completion deadline, even with additional scopes of work added without an extension of days.
