Texas Tech University Health Sciences Physician Assistant Building

This project includes a 24,800-sf addition and a 27,264-sf renovation to Texas Tech University Systems’ Dorothy and Todd Aaron Medical Sciences Building located on the campus of Midland College in Midland, TX. The addition consists of new educational/classroom spaces, an ADA testing space, faculty/staff offices, anatomy lab, multi-use lab/classroom, and support spaces. The partial renovation of the existing educational spaces will accommodate the transition of instructional spaces to meet program needs and the conversion of technologies used in current teaching practices. The scope of work includes site preparation, an access drive, landscaping and utility work.
